We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Returns or replacements will only be accepted if an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival. Sale items are non-refundable.

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photographic evidence of the damage or fault

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
