Shipping policy

We currently ship both within Australia and internationally using Australia Post. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Australia Post International services. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination.

International Standard Shipping

  • New Zealand: $19.65

  • China: $26.00

  • United States & Canada: $29.00

  • United Kingdom & Ireland: $34.40

International Express Shipping

  • New Zealand: $36.30

  • China: $43.00

  • United States & Canada: $46.00

  • United Kingdom & Ireland: $34.40

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Returns or replacements will only be accepted if an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via houseofbambi@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or fault

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or international customs. If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
